Cancellation Policy

Customers can contact us to cancel the order before dispatch. In such cases, orders will be immediately cancelled and full refund will be processed to the customer’s same bank account/ UPI within 4-5 business days. In any case we do not entertain cancellation if the order is already shipped or dispatched. 

Note: Exchange is not applicable on any sale products, combo products or gift products.

Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange is available with below procedure. Return and refund is not available if you did not like the product, color mismatch or any other reason.

If you want to proceed with an exchange , you have to pack the product which you want to exchange and ship it the provided address at the time of returning. You need to contact your local courier/post office nearby to ship the product. You need to bear the shipping charges for the same.

For reshipping the exchanged product to you, you have to pay us additional 60/- Rs which is our standard shipping charges. If you need to use speed post or bluedart . Additional charges will be applicable.

If you are okey with the above procedure , you may contact us on our WhatsApp number +919066361409, we will share you the address to return the parcel and you can proceed for exchange.

Note : the exchange product value should be equal to or more than the value of returned products. Tracking slip must be shared as soon as it’s shipped back to the given address to keep updated on tracking .

Damages and issues

Please make full opening video of the package upon receiving the order and contact us immediately on the same day of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item on the same day of receiving the order. Our team will inspect the video shared and take necessary steps to return the damaged/defective product and send you replacement. Full opening video of the package is a must to address any issues of damage /wrong item.

Our customer support team will verify the opening video submitted complying with our policies and will notify the approval or rejection status of request. If approved, the replacement request will be processed within 3 business days from the date of delivery of the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of products which comes under accessories category cannot be returned. 

Refunds

We provide refunds only for orders cancelled before dispatch. 

For any order that were not delivered , refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days from the processing confirmation date. 

Note : Failing in comply with our return policy may result non-refund or delay in processing your return.
